Since America just elected a president who has a history making offensive remarks against many groups of people,Submission Season 1 Episode 1 (2016) it is an important time to elevate those who feel isolated and remind them that they matter.
Twitter user Micah Sifry shared a note a teacher hung on his classroom door that aims to do just that.
